As long as the direction of the force of the coil is the same, the motor will rotate continuously. AC motors are the application of this. The AC motor consists of a stator and a rotor. In your model, the stator is the electromagnet and the rotor is the coil. The stator and the rotor are powered by the same power source. Therefore, the direction change of the current in the stator and the rotor is always synchronized, that is, the direction of the current in the coil changes, and the direction of the current in the electromagnet also changes. According to the left hand rule, the coil The direction of the magnetic force is unchanged, and the coil can continue to turn.

The AC motor generates a rotating magnetic field in the stator winding according to the characteristics of the alternating current, and then causes the rotor coil to cut the magnetic induction line, so that the rotor coil generates an induced current, and the induced magnetic field generated by the induced current is opposite to the direction of the magnetic field of the stator. The rotor has a rotational moment.
